Fit With Baby
only 18 more to go! Since I sprained my ankle it's been near impossible to run/ walk my 3 miles a day 3 times a week....me and my little one miss being outdoors...and with the cold we stay put. Can't drive much (stick shift is NOT my friend) But I have cut back on sweets and empty calories. WOO! And I stepped on the scale just for kicks. I thought I would have gained a bit, but to my happy surprise I lost 2 lbs in ONE WEEK!!! |
